EngX (Pronounced 'en-jix') was created with simplicity in mind.
EngX does not use MySQL but uses pjjTextBase to store and view records and PHP 5(duh!).
Since pjjTextBase (PTB) is easy to use and fast, its also scalable, capable of having thousands of records.
This whole site, runs on LiteSpeed instead of Apache, and is up to 6 times faster
than Apache and PHP performance increases 50%.

EngX is a no frills search engine, it does not have a spider capability yet, but it may be coming soon.
Its fast and quite easy to use. EngX also uses CSS, JavaScript and XML [Coming soon].
